Happy July 4th!

Hi Everyone, Hope you enjoyed July 4th! I saw fireworks from the airplane as I was coming back from seeing my son Matthew in Denver! I read a lot of good books in Denver like Richard Scary's "A Day at the Airport". Has anyone else read some good books? Make sure you post them in the comment section. Today you could write a recipe for your favorite lemonade and post it. Here is mine:

Homemade Lemonade:

Squeeze 4 lemons into a pitcher, add sugar to taste

Add some club soda for a fizz or seven up.

Pour over ice and add a lemon slice.

Enjoy your cool drink!

Love, Mrs. Bayma

Try Some Wall Word Games!

Try using your wall words to play hopscotch! Draw a hopscotch and pick out some of the harder wall words. Write the wall words on the squares. Throw your rock and then as you hop on each square, read the wall words. Before you can pick up your rock you have to spell and read the word. You receive one point for each word you spell correctly. Challenge yourself and your friend.
